How long do sessions or workshops typically last?
Individual sessions generally last 90 minutes, while group workshops may range from 90 minutes to half-day sessions. We are flexible and can adjust session lengths based on the needs of the individual client or the organization commissioning the training.

Do you guarantee a specific outcome, such as a job offer?
No. We cannot guarantee any particular employment outcome. Success depends on multiple factors, including market conditions, the client’s qualifications, effort, and how consistently they apply our coaching. We provide strategies and skills to improve interview performance, but the final results are influenced by external variables beyond our control.
What is your refund policy?
We do not provide refunds for services already rendered. However, if a client has paid for multiple sessions or services in advance, a partial refund may be offered for any unrendered sessions or unused services. All requests for refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, and must be communicated before those remaining sessions take place.
