I was introduced to Kerrie in December of 2022 and since then, she has created tailored and innovative programming geared toward providing my students with the necessary communication skills and strategies to be more successful in interviews. To date, she has completed multiple workshops both virtually and in-person. Additionally, she has provided one-on-one interview coaching for at least 30 of my students, and Kerrie has improved the offerings to our students each and every time. In fact, some of our juniors and seniors who have either attended her workshops or received her one-on-one coaching have requested that she create programming to help younger students hone their interview skills in either an on-campus or virtual engagement. I am so impressed with Kerrie's ability to hear a problem and think it through on both the macro and micro levels. She takes the time to truly understand her audience before creating any programming. As someone who normally came to interviews answering questions on the fly, this was my first instance of using mock interviewing in preparation for interviews. I am so thankful to have met Kerrie!
